So they emailed me back! 
We have table 3, 10-2, Mon-Fri.
Is the confirmation form something I have to sign and give them? It didn't say anything about that, but there's a place to sign at the bottom, I didn't understand.
And so I'll meet the first Monday people at the booth at 10 to give them the moneybox. ;D
