Meeting Minutes for February 6, 2013

Movie
-The movie may not happen this quarter; no one from the AS has gotten back to us.
-We may move the viewing to next quarter, in which case, stay tuned for further details!
-We are planning to show Practical Magic to facilitate a discussion of what Wicca is and what it isn't.

Vendor's Row
-The days we actually got for Vendor's Row are as follows:

• Monday, the 11th: 10am-2pm
  
• Tuesday, the 12th: 9am-11am
  
• Friday, the 15th: 10am-2pm
  

-The follow people have volunteered their time to help man the table. Thank you so much!

• Monday: Andre 10-2; Kate @11; Austin 1-2
  
• Tuesday: Andre 9-11; Austin 10-11;
  
• Friday: Andre: 10-2; Ayana 10-12; Kate @ 11; Becca 12-2
  

Inventory
-We need more soaps, oils, and knitted things! We have plenty of handmade jewelry.

Craft Day
-Things have moved to Ayana's @ 10-2 for Craft Day!
-Mary and Gabriel have also offered their place for afterwards if we need to get more stuff done/want to hang out.
-Ayana and Becca will be getting us soap and oil base.
-We also need wax/tissue paper to package our soaps.
