Meeting Minutes for 10/26/2012

Samhain
-Posters have been printed and received. Thank you Kat for making such awesome posters!
-Samhain will be held the evening of October 29. Meet in the Communication Lobby @ 5:30 PM.
-The Samhain committee would like to meet on Sunday to discuss the ritual and finalize our plans.
The Ask A Witch Panel
-Room, time, and date have been finalized.
-The panel will be November 19th in Com 105 from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
Fundraiser
-Note: because we are planning to sell baked goods, each item will have to be individually wrapped in wax paper, etc. We will also have to have someone with a food handler's permit present in order to make sales of said goods.
Today's Teach-In: John's Astrology Teach-In has been reschedule to another week due to some technical difficulties. The list of information John had was misplaced. If you would like your chart done, please send John your information at kangenspire@gmail.com . Include in the message as comfortable your Name, Time/Date of Birth and if you know it, your place of birth--such as zipcode or hospital.
Next Week: Due to most of the officers going out of town next weekend for Sickle, there will be no official meeting next week. You can however meet up anyway and hangout if you wish!
