Meeting Minutes for 10/19/2012

Name Game: Best/worst/most interesting compliment you have ever received.
Ask a Witch Panel
-Room reservation approval pending, The Ask a Witch Panel will be held on November 19th in Comm 105 @ 7:30pm-8:30pm.
-We also discussed of getting a moderator for the event.
Samhain
-Scheduled to be held on October 29th (Monday) starting at 5:30pm
-Committee discussion pending, current plan is to hold the ritual in the stone circle with the initial meeting place being in the Comm lobby.
Fundraising Schedule
-Our fundraising in Vendor's Row will take place during the week of the November 12-16. Days we will be fundraising are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
-The following have volunteered their time to manning the tables:
-If you are available and would like to help out during any of these days, just let us know!
-It also turns out we have quite a few members with Food Handler permits, so we will also be selling baked goods this time around!
