--New Moon ritual by Brenna on Friday 15 Jan. Meet up in the Lobby of the Communications Building at 5pm.
--Full Moon ritual by Alison to be held on Saturday 30 Jan. more details will be forthcoming as we near the date.

--Imbolc Planning Committee: Alison, Tina, Brenna, and Andre
---Meeting Time is Tuesday 12 Jan. in the Underground Coffeehouse at 4:30pm
-Reiki Fest
--Tentative date set for the week of Feb 15-20.
-Planetarium Show
--Breena volunteered to coordinate with Skywise on scheduling the show
-SMF
--Alison learned and shared that if PAST holds Merchant Table at SMF our group will be housed in the same building as Merchants Row.
-Shirts/Banner
--Kenneth will be getting a new catalogue from the shirt printer before the next meeting so the club can start choosing styles etc.
---Tina has the .pdf of the club graphic the call is officially out to anyone with graphic design tendancies who would be willing to put together the design for the new Banner
-Crafting Day
--Will be held Sunday 24 Jan in Fairhaven Stack 1 lounge.
---Mary will be at the door to let people in from 11:30am to 12pm, if you cannot make it by noon, just knock on the doors.
-Teach-in's
--Kenneth will finally get to do his Pan Celtic Dieties teach-in at the next meeting.
---The following ideas for teach-ins were put foward:
----Altar Construction
----Cornelian Tradition
----Shielding
----Invocation(after Shielding)
----Greek Pantheon(for the end of the quarter)
-There is no class Monday 18 Jan, due to MLK Day, at this time no offical meeting is planned, but if people wish to meet informally Kenneth will be available to coordinate a non-official meeting. Please let him know by Saturday.
