All by me lonesome, I drafted a letter and sent in the donation to the Whatcom Humane Society about a week ago. They sent this response:
Dear PAST members,
Thank you so much! Our lifesaving work continues because of your consideration. We wish to thank you for your gift of $71.00 and your kind thoughts. None of our work would be possibly without you.
The increasing numbers of unwanted and stray animals who come to our shelter receive love and respite, security, food, and care. Because of you we are able to make a difference in the lives of animals here in Whatcom County.
Thank you for being such an important part of our family.
