Hi there, I am Kenneth, the 2009-2010 Web Tsar. As my predecessor Katie did before me, I want to share with you how this forum works. And how you can make it work for you. (Mostly this just means I'm going to blatantly steal her previous post and add in my own points)
Club:
*Club meetings are held each week on the 4th floor of the Viking Union, Spring quarter we are meeting on Thursdays at 6pm, if we're holding our meeting somewhere else, we will post a sign and/or have someone directing everyone to our meeting location, and there should be a reference to this in our online meeting notes.
*Locations and times of events and/or rituals will be (or should be) posted on this Announcements board, that is completely open to the public.
*Club "official" membership is restricted to Western students, but feel free to come by regardless of your religious orientation and student status. We're open to everyone.
Forum:
* You have to be registered to see most of the boards and info, as well as to get a full breadth of what all goes on here! However we'd love to have you as a forum member, even if you're just interested in our group. We just take the precaution of hiding most of our board so we don't get trolls and a bunch of spam, and to protect our own anonymity.
* Once registered, the boards are pretty self-explanatory.
*Don't think you have enough time for club? Well then register so you can vote on our meeting times before each academic quarter.
* Don't forget to introduce yourself on the introduction thread under "Club Stuff!"
Thanks and welcome!
